Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Wesleyan University. Hehas over 20 years of experience as a New England boarding school educator and administrator. As a school administrator, Rick facilitated challenging conversations between community members, including families and school officials. Rick coordinates the Teen Court Program. He also assists with community mediations and with facilitating Child and Family Team meetings.
Sasha joined Vantage Pointe as a volunteer and later became a full-time facilitator. Her recent work with Horry County Schools in the area of behavior intervention gave her an opportunity to work with children and adults on conflict resolution. She has experience working for large organizations in the area of communications as well. Sasha is trained as both a facilitator and a mediator. She is a graduate of N.C. Central University with a bachelor’s degree in History and Communications.
