Cancellation Policy for Public Classes and Trainings

If We Cancel:

Vantage Pointe reserves the right to cancel a class or training without explanation within seven calendar days prior to the scheduled start date. Vantage Pointe will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of cancellation via phone or e-mail using the contact information that attendees provided when they registered.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, trainer’s personal emergency, or a facility issue, we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of a cancellation/postponement in a timely manner via phone or e-mail using the contact information that attendees provided when they registered.

Enrolled students whose class or training is cancelled by Vantage Pointe, may reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund at Vantage Pointe’s discretion.

Vantage Pointe is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellation of a class or training. This includes non-refundable flights, hotels, or any other related expenses.

If You Cancel:

In order to cancel or reschedule enrollment in a class or training, a participant must notify Vantage Pointe no later than two business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the scheduled start date and time. Notification may be via telephone 910-362-8000 or email authorize@vantagepointenc.org. Vantage Pointe will either allow you to enroll for a future date or issue a full refund at our discretion.

 

Refunds for Public Classes and Trainings

Requests for refunds must be in writing and may be submitted via email to authorize@vantagepointenc.org or sent via mail to Vantage Pointe, 102 Cinema Drive, Suite C, Wilmington, NC 28403.

Credit card refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Vantage Pointe is not responsible for closed accounts or inability to refund to the original method of payment.

If payment was made in cash, a refund in the form of a check will be issued within 14 business days. Refunds will be sent via US mail to the address provided by the attendee at the time of registration unless we are notified otherwise in writing at the time the refund request is submitted.

Attendee cancellations not made within the requested 2 business day policy and/or “No-Shows” will not be eligible for a full refund. An amount of $25 will be withheld.

If a scheduled class or training is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, trainer’s personal emergency, or a facility issue, you may reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund at Vantage Pointe’s discretion.

Absolutely no refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the original date of purchase.

Once a class or training begins all fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy for Community Mediation

If We Cancel:

Vantage Pointe will cancel a community mediation only in the event of an emergency, such as, inclement weather, mediator’s personal emergency, or a facility issue.

In the event of an emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of a cancellation/postponement in a timely manner via phone or e-mail using the contact information provided when the appointment was scheduled. Under these circumstances, you will have the choice of rescheduling your mediation as soon as possible or to receive a refund of booking fees collected. Appointment rescheduling is based upon the availability and discretion of Vantage Pointe.

Vantage Pointe Center is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellation of a mediation session. This includes non-refundable flights, hotels, or any other related expenses.

If You Cancel/Reschedule:

In order to cancel or reschedule a community or business mediation, a participant must notify Vantage Pointe no later than two business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the appointment. Notification may be via telephone (910)362-8000 or email at authorize@vantagepointenc.org. If you call and do not speak to someone directly, you must leave a voice mail.

Upon receipt of cancellation/reschedule notice, Vantage Pointe will make reasonable efforts to notify the other participant of the cancellation/postponement in a timely manner via phone or e-mail using the contact information provided when the appointment was scheduled

If two business days’ (Monday-Friday) notice is given prior to cancellation, you will be able to receive a full refund of your booking fee. If notice is not given at least two business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the scheduled appointment, Vantage Pointe will not refund booking fees. Rescheduling for a future date is at Vantage Pointe’s discretion.

Once a mediation session has begun, fees are non-refundable.

 

Payments

When you make a payment for a specific service, your browser will be directed to Authorize.net.

All major credit cards are accepted:

Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner’s Club, JCB

Once your payment is processed Vantage Pointe encourages you to retain a copy of the transaction receipt.

For recurring payments:

Authorize.net authorizes you to set up automatic drafts if you are in need of a payment plan. Payment plans are limited and are not available for all services provided. If a payment plan is allowed, it will be noted beside the service on the webpage.

Once a payment plan is in place, Authorize.net does not give you access to cancel payment plans. If you need to cancel a recurring payment or change the payment method, you must contact Vantage Pointe at least two business days before the payment is scheduled to be withdrawn. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may be submitted via email to authorize@vantagepointenc.org.

Privacy Policy

The data we collect includes basic information such as your name, phone number, address, and any payment history you have with us. Such personal information is retained for accounting purposes, i.e. verification of payment and/or refund. Vantage Pointe does not share your private information with third parties.
